Wafrah shareholders approve audit committee formation

Wafrah for Industry and Development Co.’s shareholders approved the formation of the audit committee during the ordinary general assembly meeting held on March 18, 2021, the company said in a bourse statement.

The committee’s term starts from the date of the meeting and continues until the end of board’s current term on Jan. 13, 2024.

The committee members are Faisal Abdallah Mohammed Al-Qahtani (independent board member), Hani Abdullah Siraj Abulnaja, and Abdulrahman Abdulmohsen Sulaiman Balghunaim
