Samba Financial Group starts today, March 24, 2021, the electronic voting on the agenda items of its ordinary general meeting (OGM), slated for March 28, 2021, according to a bourse filing.
Shareholders will vote on financial statements, and audit and board reports for 2020, as well as discharging board members from liabilities for the same period.
They will also vote on other agenda items, including allowing board members to engage in competing activities and related party transactions.
