Saudi Arabia records 531 COVID-19 cases on Sunday

Saudi Arabia recorded 531 COVID-19 cases today, March 28, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 388,325, the Ministry of Health stated.

 

Recoveries reached 389, raising the total number of recovered cases to 376,947 (97% of total COVID-19 cases).

 

Active cases totaled 4,728, of which 638 cases are critical.

 

The Kingdom reported seven new deaths, with the death toll standing at 6,650.

 

Saudi Arabia concluded 46,328 new tests, bringing the total number of laboratory tests to 14.96 million.

 

More than 4.05 million doses of COVID-19 vaccine have been administered in the Kingdom to date.

 

Riyadh reported the highest number of COVID-19 cases at 221, followed by Eastern Province (105), Makkah (99), Madinah (27), Al Qassim (22) and Asir (14).
