The Ministry of Human Resource and Social Development (HRSD) is currently planning to localize the real estate sector, in cooperation with partners, which will be unveiled soon, Minister Ahmed Al-Rajhi said during a meeting with Real Estate National Committee members.

The ministry seeks, through the new labor market strategy, to support the job market in order to attract talent, and provide the citizens with good job opportunities and a decent life. In addition, the strategy aims to promote the transition to a diversified and prosperous economy surpassing all challenges.

In February, the Real Estate General Authority (REGA) announced that it is planning to launch a localization program for jobs in the real estate sector, in cooperation with the Human Resources Development Fund (Hadaf). The program aims to raise the efficiency of human capital, train and employ 11,200 citizens, according to data compiled by Argaam.
