Najran Cement Co. will pay H2 2020 cash dividend at 7.5% of capital, or SAR 0.75 a share, as of April 13, 2021, the company said in a bourse statement.
Shareholders owning shares at the market close on Wednesday, March 31, 2021, and shareholders of record at Securities Depository Center (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day, are entitled to receive dividend.
Shareholders approved the board’s recommendation to pay cash dividend at 7.5% of capital, or SAR 0.75 a share, for H2 2020, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on March 31, 2021, Argaam reported.
