Aldrees Petroleum and Transport Services Co. will start on Saturday, April 10, 2021, the electronic voting on the agenda items of its extraordinary general assembly meeting (EGM) that will be held on April 14, 2021, according to a bourse filing.

The step follows the Capital Market Authority’s (CMA) directives enabling shareholders to participate and vote on related meeting agenda through Tadawulaty system, in line with the government’s efforts to prevent the spread of coronavirus.

Last month, the company invited its shareholders to vote on a 25% capital hike to SAR 750 million from SAR 600 million, during the EGM, Argaam reported.
