Maaden names Abdulaziz Alharbi acting CEO as Al Ohali resigns

Saudi Arabian Mining Co.'s (Maaden) board of directors approved the resignation of Mosaed bin Suleiman Al Ohali as chief executive officer (CEO) as of today, April 25, 2021, due to personal reasons.

 

They also accepted Al Ohali's resignation from his position as an executive board member, effective today.

 

In addition, the board delegated Abdulaziz bin Asker Alharbi to be the acting CEO, with immediate effect until further notice.
