Saudi Arabia records 1,026 COVID-19 cases on Thursday

Saudi Arabia recorded 1,026 COVID-19 cases today, April 29, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 416,307, the Ministry of Health stated.

 

Recoveries reached 1,055, raising the total number of recovered cases to 399,509 (96% of total COVID-19 cases).

 

The Kingdom reported 11 new deaths, with the death toll standing at 6,946.

 

Active cases totaled 9,852 , of which 1,312 cases are critical.

 

Riyadh reported the highest number of COVID-19 cases at 441, followed by Makkah (233), Eastern Province (133), Asir (49) and Madinah (33).

 

More than 8.95 million doses have been administered to people in the Kingdom to date.
