Batic shareholders to vote on board, auditor reports for 2020 on June 1

Batic Investments and Logistics Co.'s shareholders will vote on approving the board of directors' report, auditor's report, and financial statements for 2020, during an ordinary general meeting, which will be held on June 1, 2021, according to a bourse filing.

 

Shareholders will also discuss appointing an auditor to review quarterly and annual financial statements 2021.
