Ministry of Health issues private health institutions draft law regulations for public opinion

Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Health issued the draft executive regulations for the Private Health Institutions Law for public consultation until June 18, 2021.

 

According to the ministry, the draft law aims to regulate the licensing of private healthcare institutions, in addition to the management of hospitals, clinics, laboratories, as well as the related penalties and provisions.
