National Medical Care Co. starts today, May 23, 2021, the electronic voting on the agenda items of its ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) that will be held on May 27, 2021, according to a bourse filing.
The step follows the Capital Market Authority’s (CMA) directives enabling shareholders to participate and vote on related meeting agenda through Tadawulaty system in line with the government’s efforts to prevent spread of coronavirus.
Earlier, the company invited its shareholders to vote on board of directors’ recommendation to distribute 10% cash dividend for 2020, at SAR 1 per share, according to data compiled by Argaam.
