Tadawul: Arabian Shield bonus shares eligibility ends today

The eligibility period for Arabian Shield Cooperative Insurance Co.’s bonus shares, for capital hike, ends today, June 9, 2021.

 

In January, the company’s board of directors recommended a 33.3% capital hike to SAR 400 million from SAR 300 million through the issuance of bonus shares, according to data compiled by Argaam.

 

The capital hike is intended to enhance the solvency of the company’s capital.
