TADCO elects board members for upcoming term

Tabuk Agricultural Development Co.’s (TADCO) shareholders approved electing members of the board of directors for the upcoming term starting July 1, during the ordinary general assembly meeting held on June 15.

 

The elected members are Yousif Abdullah Abdulaziz Al-Rajhi, Yasser Suliman Saleh Alaqeel, Almutasembilla Zaki Allam, Abdulaziz Ahmed Abdullatif BenDayel, Majed Ahmed Ibrahim Alsuwaigh, Alwaleed Khalid Saleh Alshathre, and Munir Ahmed Ahmed Al-Ghazwi.

 

Shareholders also approved the audit committee formation for the same term, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The members are AbdulAziz Ahmed Abdullatif BenDayel, Mohammed Abdelaziz Abdullah Al-Shetwey, and Ahmed Ibrahim Abdulaziz Alsunaydi.

 

Additionally, they endorsed the board and audit reports, and financial statements for 2020, and discharged board me1468382mbers from liability for the same year.
