Development Works Food names Hisham Muqrin as Vice Chairman

Shareholders of Development Works Food Co. approved the appointment of Hisham Abdel Rahman Muqrin as Vice Chairman of the board, for the current three-year term ending Oct. 29, 2021, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on June 28.

 

The company said in a bourse statement that shareholders also ratified the appointments of Musa Abdullah Al-Fawzan as an independent board member and an audit committee member, Mohammed Abdullah Al Mubarak as an audit committee member, and Anas Saleh Al-Amoud as a board member for the same board term.

 

In addition, they approved the board and audit reports, and financial statements for 2020, as well as discharged the board members from liabilities for 2020.

 

Shareholders also agreed to pay SAR 117,685 in board remuneration for 2020, and appoint an external auditor to review financials for Q2, Q3, Q4, and 2021, and Q1 2022.
