Arabian Pipes shareholders to vote on board, audit reports on August 3

Shareholders of Arabian Pipes Co. will vote on audited financial statements and audit report for 2020, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) that will be held on Aug. 3, the company said in a bourse statement.

Shareholders will also discuss the board report for the same period.

They will also vote on the board of directors’ recommendation to form the audit committee and define its tasks, work controls and remunerations for its members for the new term, starting from the date of meeting until May 21, 2024.

Shareholders registered in Tadawulaty system will be able to participate and vote on the agenda items as of July 30.
