Saudi Arabia records 1,165 COVID-19 cases on Thursday

Saudi Arabia recorded 1,165 COVID-19 cases today, July 15, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 506,125, the Ministry of Health stated.

 

Recoveries reached 907, raising the total number of recovered cases to 486,918 (96% of total COVID-19 cases).

 

The Kingdom reported 15 new deaths, with the death toll standing at 8,035.

 

Active cases totaled 11,172, of which 1,429 cases are critical.

 

Riyadh reported the highest number of COVID-19 cases at 313, followed by Makkah (265), Eastern Province (185), Asir (122) and Madinah (56).

 

The Kingdom conducted 105.610 new tests, bringing up the total number to 23.41 million.  

 

More than 21.3 million doses have been administered to people in the Kingdom to date.
