Saudi Arabia records 1,252 COVID-19 cases on Monday

Saudi Arabia recorded 1,252 COVID-19 cases today, July 26, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 519,395, the Ministry of Health stated.

 

Recoveries reached 1,299, raising the total number of recovered cases to 500,428 (96% of total COVID-19 cases).

 

Active cases totaled 10,788, of which 1,424 cases are critical.

 

The Kingdom reported 12 new deaths, with the death toll standing at 8,179.

 

Makkah reported the highest number of COVID-19 cases at 316, followed by Riyadh (265), Eastern Province (169), Asir (145), Al Qassim (81), Jazan (69), and Madinah (62).

 

Saudi Arabia concluded 90,510 new tests, and the total number of administered doses increased to 24.8 million.
