Edaa deposits Gulf General subscribed securities into shareholders’ portfolios today

The Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) deposited today, Aug. 5, the subscribed securities of Gulf General Cooperative Insurance Co. into the accounts of eligible securities’ holders.

 

According to data compiled by Argaam, the company offered, in July, 30 million shares at SAR 10 per share, with a total value of SAR 300 million, in order to increase its capital from SAR 200 million to SAR 500 million.

 

The coverage ratio for the shares was 72.39% through subscribing to 21.72 million shares out of 30 million shares, while the coverage ratio for the remaining offering amounted to 425.9%.
