MESC unable to disclose Q2 2021 financials on time

Middle East Specialized Cables Co. (MESC) said it was unable to disclose its financial results for the fiscal period ending June 30, 2021, within the specified time.

 

The company said in a bourse statement today, Aug. 22, that the external auditor is still auditing the financial statements and asked for additional requirements for the review process in an official email today.

 

Trading will be suspended on the stock as per the listing rules announced by the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) on March 25, 2019, the statement concluded.

 

The company will disclose any development in due course.
