National Housing unveils Riwaa, Maylaa project details, opens reservations

National Housing Co. (NHC) unveiled the details of Riwaa and Maylaa – its newly-launched projects in Saudi Arabia.

The two are part of the master developer’s projects in suburbs of Al-Jawan in Riyadh and Khayala in Jeddah.

The Riwaa residential project, which extends over an area of more than 780,000 square meters (sqm), provides about 1,060 units, at 258-385 sqm per unit, starting from SAR 764,000 each.

Meanwhile, the Maylaa project includes 819 villas, spread over an area of ​​more than 428,000 sqm, at 258-300 sqm per unit, starting from SAR 748,000 each. 

Last month, NHC launched Asala Al-Gwan project in Riyadh, and is developing a number of residential projects in Madinah, Riyadh, Jeddah, and Khamis Mushait.
