Saudi Arabia records 75 COVID-19 cases on Friday

Saudi Arabia recorded 75 COVID-19 cases today, Sept. 16, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 546,411, the Ministry of Health stated.

 

Recoveries reached 64, raising the total number of recovered cases to 535,373 (98% of total COVID-19 cases). 

 

The Kingdom reported six new deaths, with the death toll standing at 8,651.

 

Active cases totaled 2,387, of which 378 cases are critical. 

 

Makkah reported the highest number of COVID-19 cases at 18, followed by Riyadh (15), Madinah and Eastern Province (7 each), and Jazan (6).
