Saudi Arabia records 69 COVID-19 cases on Tuesday

Saudi Arabia recorded 69 COVID-19 cases today, Sept. 21, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 546,681, the Ministry of Health stated.

 

Recoveries reached 48, raising the total number of recovered cases to 535,650 (98% of total COVID-19 cases).

 

Active cases totaled 2,359, of which 317 cases are critical.

 

The Kingdom reported five new deaths, with the death toll standing at 8,672.

 

Makkah reported the highest number of COVID-19 cases at 19, followed by Riyadh (15), Eastern Province, Madinah and Al Qassim (6 each).

 

Saudi Arabia concluded 55,500 new tests over the last 24 hours, and the total number of administered doses increased to 41.10 million.
