Saudi Cable shareholders to vote on raising audit committee seats on Oct. 13

Shareholders of Saudi Cable Co. will vote on increasing the number of audit committee seats from three to four, during the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) that will be held on Oct. 13.

 

The company said in a bourse filing that the increase in seat will take place if shareholders approve appointing Mazen Al-Zayer as a member of the audit committee, effective as from the OGM date until the end of the current term on Jan. 13, 2024.

 

Additionally, they will also vote on the appointment of Bassem Hijaz as a member of the audit committee, from outside the board, replacing Noha Sulaimani, effective from the OGM date, until the end of the current term on May 14, 2024.
