GAC to investigate complicity of two firms in govt project bids, competition issues in poultry sector

The General Authority for Competition's (GAC) board of directors decided to investigate the possibility that two companies operating in the wholesale and retail trade sector were complicit in bids for a government project, Saudi Press Agency reported.

 

The board also decided to investigate the competition problems facing the poultry market and submit proposals for fair competition, as well as the possibility that two establishments operating in the advertisement and marketing sector violated the Competition Law and its Executive Regulations.
