Saudi Arabia said that full COVID-19 vaccination will be a prerequisite for attending any economic, commercial, cultural, entertainment, sports or tourism activity starting Sunday, Oct. 10 at 6 am, SPA reported, citing an official Ministry of Interior source.

The two-dose vaccination will be also required for attending any cultural, academic, social or entertainment event, or entrance of any governmental or private establishment, as well as using aircraft and public transportation networks.

The categories exempted from vaccination, as shown by Tawakkalna application, are exempt from the abovementioned conditions, the source added.

All persons should abide by the precautionary measures and protocols adopted by the Kingdom, the source concluded.
