Al Hammadi says acquisition of 35% of Sudair Pharma approved by GAC

Al Hammadi Company for Development and Investment said the General Authority for Competition (GAC) approved its acquisition of a 35% stake in Sudair Pharmaceutical Co. (SPC).

 

Al Hammadi will finalize the acquisition’s necessary paperwork and announce the deal completion in a timely manner, the healthcare service provider added in a statement to Tadawul.

 

Last July, the Tadawul-listed company signed an agreement to acquire Gulf Investment Corporation’s (GIC) 35% stake in Sudair Pharmaceutical, Argaam earlier reported.
