MIS advances target date for publishing Q3 2021 results to Oct. 25

Al Moammar Information Systems (MIS) said it has amended the targeted date to publish financial results for Q3 2021 to Oct. 25 instead of Nov. 25.

 

The step came after reviewing the targeted dates, the company said in a bourse statement, adding that publishing the results is a primary goal, and will work to implement it unless any obstructing circumstances arise.

 

In January, the company announced the dates for posting 2020 annual financial results, as well as quarterly financial results, as well as quarterly results (reviewed and audited) for 2021, according to data compiled by Argaam.

 

Saudi-listed companies have been directed to disclose Q3 2021 financial results by Nov. 11, according to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) regulations.
