Anaam reappoints Mohammed Attar as Chairman

Anaam International Holding Group Co.’s board of directors at its first meeting held today, Nov. 28, named the independent member, Mohammed Abdul Rahman Saleh Attar as Chairman, and the executive member, Hassan Saad Farhan Al Yamani as Vice Chairman, according to a bourse filing.

 

In addition, they announced the formation of committees as well as the appointment of the secretary for the new term.

 

They appointed the remuneration and nomination committee from the following: Khalid bin Waheeb Mohammed Mglad (independent) as Chairman, Mohammed Abdul Rahman Saleh Attar as independent member, and Walid Jamil Muhammad Ali Kattan as non-executive member.

 

Based on the general assembly’s approval on Nov. 22, the board of directors ratified the formation of the audit committee for the same term. The members are Ahmed Tariq Abdul Rahman Murad, Raied Katy and Khalid Mglad.

 

The new board also appointed the company’s representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) for all purposes related to the capital market and its regulations.
