SPIMACO opens board membership nominations today

Saudi Pharmaceutical Industries & Medical Appliances Corp. (SPIMACO) opened today, Nov. 30, nomination for board membership for the next three-year term, starting April 3, 2022.

 

The company said in a bourse filing that nominations can be submitted from today until Dec. 30.

 

Election of board members for the new term will take place at the upcoming general assembly meeting, the date for which will be announced later after, obtaining the necessary approvals from the relevant authorities.
