Saudi Arabia records 5,928 COVID-19 cases on Wednesday

Saudi Arabia recorded 5,928 COVID-19 cases today, Jan. 19, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 632,736, the Ministry of Health stated.

 

Recoveries reached 4,981, raising the total number of recovered cases to 578,812 (93% of total COVID-19 cases).

 

Critical cases totaled 492.

 

The Kingdom reported two deaths, with the death toll standing at 8,912.

 

The total number of COVID-19 vaccine doses administered reached 54.36 million.

 

Saudi Arabia concluded nearly 192,490 new tests, while the number of vaccine doses increased to 54.41 million.
