SPGA allocates over 324 mln sqm to 24 government entities last year

The State Properties General Authority (SPGA) allocated over 324 million square meters (sqm) to 24 government entities last year, according to a statement.

 

The SPGA also issued 64 orders to allocate land plots to fulfill the requirements of the state-owned institutions.

 

These government entities included the ministries of education; health; environment, water and agriculture; sport, energy, human resources and social development, justice, national guard, commerce, communications and information technology, in addition to the Public Investment Fund (PIF), Saudi Authority for Data and Artificial Intelligence, Sharqia Development Authority and Al Madinah Region Development Authority.

 

The SPGA also launched 19 initiatives to protect the state properties and boost performance via innovative solutions, in addition to making the optimum use of the state properties, in line with Vision 2030.
