Fesh Fash shareholders approved amendments to articles of association

Shareholders of Fesh Fash Snack Food Production Co. approved amendments of the company’s articles of association during the extraordinary general assembly meeting (EGM) held on Feb. 20.

 

The amendments were related to Article 18 of the powers of the board of directors and Article 20 of the powers of the chairman and managing director.
