Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu signs land deal to build SAR 319 mln mall

The Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu (RCJY) signed a land allocation agreement with a national investment firm to build a full-fledged commercial, entertainment mall with SAR 319 million capital.

 

The new mall will provide commercial and entertainment activities that offers more services to the residents and visitors of Jubail Industrial City. It will also serve as a driver for diversification in the services targeted by RCJY in the city.

 

Under this project, a mall will be established and operated on a total area of 193,000 square meters under a 40-year agreement. The project will provide 2,000 job opportunities for males and females.
