Swicorp Wabel REIT implements board reshuffle

Alinma Investment Co. announced that Swicorp Wabel REIT Fund has a board reshuffle, as some members resigned, according to a bourse filing.

 

The resigned members are Daniel Schenker, Kwok Hansim, Bandar Fayeh Alotaibi and Ahmed Tawfiq Alkusayer.

 

Therefore, the new board will include Faisal Mohammed Al Abdulkarim, Abdullah Sulaiman Al Dahayan, Ahmed Abdulaziz Bin Hasan, and Hussam Mohammed Abdulraouf.
