Tihama says cassation appeal filed against court ruling in UAE affiliate case

Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Co. announced receiving today, March 15, a letter from the lawyer, indicating that Nasser Al-Sarami filed a cassation appeal against the court’s ruling, issued in favor of the company, according to a bourse filing.

 

The company will announce any material developments in this regard.

 

Tihama received, on Feb. 18, a letter from the Dubai Court of Appeal rejecting the appeal submitted by Al Sarami against the company regarding its UAE affiliate, Tihama Global Co., case.

 

Meanwhile, the court affirmed a previously issued favorable judgment for Tihama.

 

On Dec. 19, 2021, Al Sarami filed an appeal against the ruling issued in Tihama’s favor, according to data compiled by Argaam.
