Albilad MSCI US Equity ETF starts trading on Tadawul today

Units of Albilad MSCI US Equity ETF will start trading on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) today, March 28, under the ticker 9406 and symbol SA15HG54IV42, with a ±10% daily price fluctuation limit and a unit price of SAR 10.

 

In December 2021, the Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved Albilad Capital's request to offer Albilad MSCI US Equity ETF units on Tadawul.  

 

A total of SAR 30 million was raised through a public offering, according to fund manager Albilad Capital.

 

This fund is the first of its kind that trades in the local market and invests in the Shariah-compliant stocks listed in the US market.

 

The fund targets individual and legal investors and government agencies wishing to invest passively in US stocks, and who meet the conditions of suitability to invest in this fund, taking into account the fund's investment objectives and the associated risks, which every potential investor is required to carefully study and understand before making any decision with regard to investing in the fund.

The fund includes common investment units of one category of the same type and same value, privileges and rights. The fund manager, in coordination with the market maker, can issue an unlimited number of such units.
