Alkhaleej Training extends MoU with Al-Faisaliah Schools for additional 90 days

Alkhaleej Training and Education Co. announced that it reached an agreement with the owners of Al-Faisaliah National Schools Co. Ltd., to extend the memorandum of understating (MoU) with the same terms and conditions for additional 90 days, starting from April 14, according to a filing to Tadawul.

 

The move aims to complete the due diligence, which is expected on July 10, the company added.

 

In October 2021, the Tadawul-listed firm entered into a non-binding MoU with the owners of Al-Faisaliah Private Schools Co. in Jeddah to acquire 60% of the latter.
