Batic’s Deputy Chairman resigns

Batic Investments and Logistics Co.’s board of directors approved today, April 14, the resignation of Majed Abdullah Alissa, Deputy Chairman (non-executive member), according to a bourse filing.
 

 The resignation was submitted on April 13, on personal reasons.
