Kingdom Holding shareholders approve appointment of 2 board members

Kingdom Holding Co.’s (KHC) shareholders voted on the board of directors’ decision to appoint Abdulmajeed Al-Hagbani as a non-executive member from May 22 to complete the current term ending June 4, 2024, during the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) held on June 21.

 

Al-Hagbani will replace Sarmad Zok, who resigned as an executive board member, the company said in a statement to Tadawul today, June 22.

 

In addition, they approved electing Sarmad Zok as a board member for the vacant seat to complete the board’s session until June 4, 2024.
