Nayifat Finance Co.’s (NFC) board of directors appointed Yosef Ibrahim Al Shaer as a board member, starting June 27, until the end of the current term on Sept. 24, 2022, according to a bourse filing.
Al Shaer has more than 35 years of experience and holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Central Florida University, and a master's degree in executive management from Michigan University
The appointment is pending the approval of the upcoming general meeting, the statement added.
