Tadawul: Mulkia REIT goes ex-dividend today

Units of Mulkia Gulf Real Estate REIT Fund have their ex-dividend for Q2 2022, today, July 24.

 

The fund manager, Mulkia Investment, announced earlier a 1.3% cash dividend for the second quarter of 2022, at SAR 0.13 per unit, according to data compiled by Argaam.

 

Dividend will be distributed within 15 business days from the record date.
