SHL opens board membership nominations today

Saudi Home Loans Co. (SHL) opens today, Aug. 25, nominations for board memberships for the upcoming three-year term, starting Nov. 28, 2022, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Candidates can submit applications until Sept. 26.

 

Eleven board members will be elected during the next general assembly meeting, the date of which will be set after obtaining the necessary regulatory approvals, the statement added.
