Ladun Investment’s shareholders elect board members, form audit committee

Ladun Investment Co.’s shareholders elected board members for the next three-year term, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on Aug. 28, according to a bourse filing.

 

The new term started on Aug. 28, 2022, and will end on Aug. 27, 2025.

 

They also ratified the board’s decisions as of the end of its term, on June 13, 2022, until the general meeting date.

 

In addition, shareholders approved the formation of an audit committee for the same three-year term, which included Adel Al-Abdulsalam, Sultan Nugali, and Reda Alidarous.

 

Shareholders further endorsed the audit committee charter, the remuneration and nominations committee regulations, and the board remuneration policy.
