Ladun Investment names Nasser Al-Arifi as Chairman

Ladun Investment Co.'s board of directors approved today, Sept. 6, the appointment of non-executive member Nasser Al-Arifi as Chairman and the reappointment of non-executive member Ibrahim Al-Assaf as Vice Chairman, according to a bourse filing.

 

The board also formed the executive, and remuneration and nomination committees for the new three-year term ending on Aug. 27, 2025.

 

Moreover, the company reappointed the board secretary for the new term and assigned representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA), Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) and Securities Depository Center Co. (EDAA).
