Amana Insurance names Abdullah Al Musa Chairman, Tareq Al-Garawy Vice Chairman

Amana Cooperative Insurance Co.’s board of directors approved, on Aug. 15, appointing Abdullah Al Musa as Chairman and Tareq Al-Garaawy as Vice Chairman for the three-year term ending Aug. 10, 2025, according to a bourse statement.

 

The Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) approval was received on Oct. 2.

 

The board also approved the formation of the executive, risks, nominations and remuneration as well as investment committees.

 

Amana will hold an ordinary general meeting to discuss the formation of the audit committee for the new session.
