Tadawul Group awards SAR 138 mln contract for fit-out works in new HQ in KAFD

Saudi Tadawul Group Holding Co. awarded today, Oct. 6, a SAR 137.98 million contract to Construction & Planning Co. for the fit-out works in the group’s new headquarters (HQ) in King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD), according to a bourse statement.

 

The contract value, which excludes value-added tax (VAT), is a total cap value. It covers fit-out works for some designated floors in the new Riyadh HQ, with no related parties.
