Makkah Construction expects to post annual financials in next 3 weeks

Makkah Construction and Development Co. (MCDC) is expected to announce its financial statements for the fiscal year ended June 13, 2022 in the next three weeks, the developer said in a statement to the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).

 

The delay took place as the auditor has not yet completed the audit process, the statement noted, adding that this will not affect the transformation plan announced on Tadawul website on June 16, 2022.

 

The failure to post the abovementioned financials will not affect the publishing deadlines set on Tadawul website, the firm said, adding that it is currently working to prepare the balance sheet review requirements for the third quarter ended Sept. 30, 2022 to be published within the specified time.

 

In September, Makkah Construction announced that it failed to publish its financial results for the fiscal year ended June 13, 2022 on Tadawul within the specified time, according to data available with Argaam.
