Saudi Arabia to make 150,000 EVs in 2026: Alswaha

Saudi Arabia will produce more than 150,000 electric vehicles (EVs) in 2026 through Lucid Motors’ factory, said Abdullah Alswaha, Minister of Communications and Information Technology. 

 

During a press conference attended by ministers of energy, industry, investment and communications to discuss the National Industrial Strategy, Alswaha added that other achievements include the first satellite of its kind to be owned by the Kingdom.
