SARCO says unable to publish 9M 2022 financials on time

The Saudi Arabian Refineries Co. (SARCO) announced that it failed to publish its financial statements for the nine-month period ended Sept. 30, 2022 within the regulatory period, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The firm added that it is still working with the external auditor to issue the preliminary financial statements for Q3 2022, and they will be announced as soon as they are approved by the external auditor.

 

The procedures for suspending shares from trading will continue to be applied, in accordance with the Listing Rules of the Capital Market Authority announced on March 25, 2019.
