GASCO shareholders elect board members for new 3-year term

National Gas and Industrialization Co.’s (GASCO) shareholders elected board members for the upcoming three-year term starting on Nov. 29, 2022, during the ordinary general assembly meeting held on Nov. 11.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, GASCO said the elected board members are Abdulrahman Sulaiman, Ahmed Al Mohsen, Bakr Al Muhanna (PIF representative), Raed Al Tamimi, Mohammed Al Kathiri, Ibrahim AlRashid (Social Development Bank representative), Saad Alhoqail, Abdulaziz Al Khayyal, Turki Al Jawini (Human Resources Development Fund representative), and, Ali AlSaflan.

 

Shareholders also delegated the board for the same three-year term with the authority of the general assembly, for a period of one year from the approval date of the general assembly or until the end of the delegated board term, whichever is earlier.
